I’ve been reading a lot of self-development books of late, one common theme is that high performers don’t have greater skill or a superior intellect, they just realise the “Slight Edge” which is easy positive activities performed daily, accumulated over years, yield massive positive results ( it also works the other way ).
If you do breathwork today, will your life feel like it’s leapt forward? Not today.
If you miss one day of breathwork, will your life fall apart? Not today.
Take the same two paths, and accumulate the results over a year, and the gap is massive. Those two people would be completely different, one for the better, the other for the worse.

Habits really are so important , they really don’t need to be massive. I’m brand new to breathwork but I’ve wanted to tackle it for years. What I’m not new to, is low sugar, hydration and cold water. 3 really straightforward behaviours that I’ve done for years and keep me moving forwards in the way I want, we are all moving forwards as no one beats time- but the manner in which we move forwards is up to us.
