Breathe together, Sleep better, log your cold water, and meet Paula

Stephen Martin
Founder, Huff
Hello,
We have been quiet for a few weeks because we have been building, and this month there is quite a lot to show you. Three things in particular: you can now breathe with other people in real time, you can log the practice you do away from your phone, and there is a new voice in the app worth an evening of your time.
Here is what is new.
Breathe together, in real time

Group sessions are live. Join a public lobby one and breathe with strangers. Everyone runs off the same clock, so the next round always begins together, no matter when you arrived or how long your hold lasted.
It is Wim Breathing to start with, three rounds, and you can wave, cheer or send a little fire to the room between rounds. More breathing patterns and longer sessions are coming.
Guided Meditation: Break through blockages by asking your future self what you need to know

Paula is a therapist, coach and meditation guide, and the founder of The Dragonfly Perspective. She helps people understand themselves, calm their minds and break the patterns that keep them stuck.
Her first meditation for Huff is Meet Future You: a fifteen minute journey to the version of you who has already moved past the patterns holding you back. Also bringing a bit of their wisdom back
You will find it in Guided, under Creators Spotlight.
Sleep module - 4-7-8

We have release our long in the works 4-7-8 module, designed to help you slow your mind and signal your body its time for sleep, do this one before bed.
Your cold water counts now

If you take a dip, you can log it. Ice bath, cold shower, or open water, how cold it was, how long you stayed in, and where you were. It counts towards your streak and your minutes, the same as a session you do in the app.
You can save the spots you practise at with a pin on the map, and keep them private or share them so other people can find them. It all works with no signal, so a lake at the bottom of a valley is fine: your session saves straight away and your photos go up when you are back in range.
The same goes for a mindfulness sit you did away from your phone. If you did the practice, it should count.
